Why Join Us?

You will be joining our new Hobart team in an exciting time in our history as we build our presence in Tasmania. You will be motivated to contribute to our ongoing success and develop your role with our company over the long term.

As ATC Williams continue to solidify our position as a trusted and recognised engineering brand, we are embarking on a significant growth phase, represented by expansion in office locations, employees, opportunities, and capabilities.

The decision to expand into Hobart is based on our many years of project work in the state, and we know that a local presence will help us develop our significant pipeline of valuable work. You will be bringing your engineering skills, ambitions and commitment into a small but thriving team.

Your Role

You will be an integral part of the growing South-East Australian group, which includes highly experienced engineers from multiple disciplines relevant to the Tailings, Water and Waste Industries. You will be exposed to a variety of local, interstate and international projects, and will have the opportunity to work with and be mentored by our large team of senior proffessionals on the mainland. If you are the right candidate, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with specialists from other disciplines or offices within ATC Williams and providing technical direction of tailings, water and waste design studies and related analyses;

You and Your Skills

You will be an existing Tasmanian resident or looking to relocate and immerse yourself in all that the Tassie lifestyle has to offer.

As the ideal candidate, you will be passionate about joining a close-knit team, who are committed to our clients and making our mark in Tasmania.

As a tertiary qualified, experienced to senior-level engineer with a proven work history in the civil geotechnical engineering realm – your experience with site planning, design and construction phase supervision will be viewed favourably.
