Principals’ Conference 2021

Strengthening leadership for growth

Strong leadership is a critical element of ATC Williams’ growth trajectory. Our leadership has been integral in expanding and maturing our services over recent years while refocusing our client-facing priorities. Through a new generation of leaders, ATC Williams has increased staff numbers and brought about geographical expansion to Sunshine Coast, Hunter Valley, Toowoomba and Hobart.

Due to the importance of our leadership, in March, all twenty-two of our Principals travelled from locations across Australia to gather on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast for our annual Principals’ retreat.

The theme for the retreat was “Turning the Page”, being an acknowledgement of our growth strategy and leadership contributions to achieving our long-term goals.

Important discussion points included leadership and effective growth, alignment between organisational structure and leadership succession, and strategic talent identification and recruitment. Our Principals welcomed the opportunity to meet and develop closer relationships after the COVID lockdown restrictions of 2020.

Our Service Areas

We were very excited to table a formalised version of our extended Service Areas, intended to more effectively profile the skills we have compiled to fulfil our clients’ needs.

ATC Williams Service Areas:

Newly appointed Service Area Leaders will work to build our technical skills and hence our service offerings and improve our client contact points.

As the business continues to grow, the wish of our leadership is to maintain a culture that actively encourages staff to leadership positions, ultimately ensuring that ATC Williams delivers quality service and technical expertise to our valued clients in the long term.
